The yearly trips around the sun just seem to move so fast. Whether we consider business or personal, and certainly as an entrepreneur when we consider the combination of these pieces of life, time just flashes by. So, just like that we are reflecting on the 2nd anniversary of Costron + Co.
As we reflect on the last two years, we are drawn to focus on why we were called to begin this journey: The seed that started it all. There are many ideals that sit behind the “Co” of our company.
Life is not the passing of time. Life is the collection of experiences and their intensity.

We were navigating the operation of three brands prior to our launch. The most significant impact in this change is that there is less overwhelm and the team can focus on their unique abilities. Yep – just like any entrepreneurial business there are days that we are overwhelmed. We believe these days are part of the journey. That navigating these bumpy days requires resiliency and that the more we experience the more our resilience grows.
As we journeyed through these first two years, we have had many experiences – some anticipated, some not so much. Of course, the length of time that we would have to navigate COVID was something we never anticipated. We have also seen our work influenced and evolved based on these experiences. We had prior ideas on how we would serve, but now through our client and community connections we have the actual experience of how we did. This provides us with a lived experience as to how we will continue to serve. We are now applying this wisdom to our service offerings and unfolding it into our community in the coming year. We are excited about the future and the impact of our more focused service offerings.
Entrepreneurship is not a part-time job, and it’s not even a full-time job. It’s a lifestyle.

It is a fundamental pillar to Costron + Co to exist in the ‘We’ space – the conscious reflection of how we can live our lives, operate our business, and use our gifts in support of humanity. How we approach our service offerings, our pricing structure, and our support of local, national, and global causes is in conscious reflection as to how we can support humanity.
We also take moments to bring in the guidance and wisdom from Mother Earth - showing us the way towards the Divine Light, Love + Wisdom that lives in each and every one of us. The virtues that build resiliency and radiance on the journey of entrepreneurship.
