Another year around the sun and Costron + Co reaches its 3rd birthday. This year in review we have been called to reflect on aspects of gratitude and generosity as small business owners.
Our Story: Costron + Co supporting entrepreneurs
In every business there is a story. A story that is rooted in the unfurling of an idea that we are passionate about. Within a heart centered business the ideals are grounded in putting people and the planet before profit. It also connects with our Radiance - our connection to “what lights us up” in loving service.
Mackenzie’s story comes from her connection with creative, health and wellness entrepreneurs as a Certified Music Therapist, Registered Counselling Therapist and Owner of Find Your Voice Music Therapy. She was alongside the heart and care of these entrepreneurs Who’s brilliance is connected to the thoughtfulness and creativity they bring to their clients. Many days these entrepreneurs can feel stretched in putting others needs and agendas before theirs. Bottlenecks happen within business systems leading to overwhelm with a lack of ease and efficiency in their business.
Jacquie’s story comes from her connection in the corporate world, work with IG Wealth Management for 30+ years, and dedicated to philanthropic endeavours throughout her career. She experienced first hand how traditional business structures could lead to burnout through the hustle and grind culture. Through her background as a Financial Planner and in Financial Therapy, Jacquie actively sees how cultivating a healthy mindset and logistics can neutralize fears in connection to money.
We are grounded on a united front of supporting business owners in any area of business that is keeping you up at night.

We would like to take this opportunity on our 3rd birthday to express our gratitude for what we’ve received from the Costron + Co community.
First, thank you to our clients for choosing to work with us and for weaving fields of light through your heart centered businesses. It is a joy to watch the impact of your work in the world. We are honoured and grateful to be connected to your stories.
Thank you to our mentors who have guided and shaped how we show up as heart centered business coaches. We are grateful for the support in continuing to be well and in good health so we have the capacity to continue to do this work.
We are grateful for the lessons and growth we have received these past years. In these challenging moments we are called to meet these situations with grace. As we meet pain points with grace we have experienced the negative charge dissipate sooner and the rise of our Resilience.
Giving Back: Why we decided to give away 3 mentorship sessions
As we have received so much from our clients, mentors and lessons we are called to give back. As we have felt supported we hope that these 1 hour complimentary coaching sessions to 3 individuals will do the same. To enter simply sign up to our newsletter and a draw will occur Friday, September 29th. An announcement will be made through our Thursday, September 21st social media post on Facebook and Instagram.
