At Costron + Co this space was curated specifically for you in mind. We realize, both through experience and witnessing of your stories, that a particular business coaching space was needed. My journey is shaped through work as a Certified Music Therapist (MTA) and Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) where I use music and storytelling to bring hope, love and light into people’s lives. I am also grateful to be the Owner and Founder of Find Your Voice Music Therapy with locations in Katarokwi/ Kingston, Ontario and K’jipuktuk/ Halifax, Nova Scotia. Here I work with a team of heart-centered therapists where we aim to unite in love, hold safe space, and empower community.
My training as a Licensed Heart Centered Facilitator, informs my work as I am in connection with you. I am passionate about supporting you through the development of your therapeutic, creative, health, wellness business. To shine your beautiful light and share your gifts with community. As you take the next step forward in returning to your heart, deciding how you want to feel, and creating a business with intention.
In my work I specialize in supporting business owners on the active integration and embodiment of wellness and mindfulness practices. I also thrive in systems and processes work within business. Due to my analytical nature, “calm power” comes to me through organization. By putting the right systems in place, you create efficiencies that free up your time, allowing you the space to create, dream or simply just relax.
As a fellow creative, musician and therapist, I am able to connect with those who are looking to start or grow their own creative or health wellness business because I’ve been there! I understand the unique challenges and boundless opportunities health and creative entrepreneurs face.
